Einstein-Powered Service Workflow (GA WI ‘22): The all-new AI-powered workflows built into the Service Cloud 360 platform enable customer service teams to predict, route, and solve customer needs proactively and sometimes even before the customer is knows that a problem exists. It includes Customer Service Incident Management, Omni-Channel Flow, and Robotic process automation capabilities (RPA).

Salesforce CDP & AppExchange (GA WI ‘22):  Enable customers to activate their segment data via AppExchange apps from participating ISV partners to create personalized experiences across web, mobile and connected TV ads. AppExchange apps integrated with Salesforce CDP will be generally available from WI ’22 release. 

Datorama Reports Advanced (GA): Customize your Marketing Cloud dashboards, enrich your messaging and journey data with custom KPIs and data extracts, and unlock cross-channel insights with four ready-made apps. Datorama Reports Advanced is a premium upgraded version of Datorama Reports for Marketing Cloud.

Backup & Restore

The new Backup and Recovery service offers the much-needed ability for Admins to take continuous backups of their Salesforce orgs and revert back to any point with just a few clicks. With Backup and Restore the Salesforce Admins will be able to automate regular backups of the orgs object data, files and attachments, restore old data from backups and automatically remove old backups. The backups will be fully audited and will provide details of the initiation, changes and running of backups.

Slack

Slack Announcements

Huddles (GA):  Slack huddles is a lightweight audio-first way to start live conversations. Wow that’s super cool to recreate the office environment and spontaneous desk chats. Use it to discuss a complex topic on the fly without having to negotiate busy calendars, and enjoy a break from being on camera.

Clips (GA SU ’22): Slack Clips allow teams to create, share, and consume video and audio content in Slack channels. Yes, you heard it right. With clips, users can leave quick and simple video or audio messages right from any Slack channel or DM. This offers a more flexible and asynchronous way of communicating with their team.

Empowering Acid Attack Survivors

The Brave Souls Foundation is a non-profit organisation established and led by acid attack survivors to prevent acid attacks, combat gender-based violence, and improve the welfare of survivors.


Aethereus has made a significant impact by supporting survivors through comprehensive assistance, offering vital resources such as medical, psychological, educational, financial, and legal support. This compassionate initiative encompasses a wide range of needs, including rehabilitation, access to food, essential medications, and secure shelter for these resilient survivors.

Empowering underpriviledge kids with Diwali workshops

Tara Mobile Creche (TMC), a non-profit organization, focuses on addressing the health and educational needs of children whose parents work on construction sites in Pune. Through the 'Aethereus Community Outreach' program, #TeamAethereus dedicated the day to candle making workshops, teaching sessions, and sharing goodies with the kids on the occasion of Diwali. Interacting with the remarkably talented kids, sharing experiences, listening to their stories, and witnessing the dreams in their eyes was a rewarding experience.

Blood donation drive on India’s 74 th republic day

Aethereus ringed in 74th Republic Day celebrations by organizing a blood donation camp to commemorate the sacrifice of our freedom fighters. More than 100+ participated in this drive collecting 250 units of blood, which used to help kids suffering from Thalassemia disease.

Together, we've positively influenced the education of 200 children in Ghaziabad, by transforming Prathmik Vidyalaya first government school in Ghaziabad with fully digital classrooms. This marks a significant milestone in demonstrating how technology and education can collaboratively shape a brighter future for students in need.
