I am working as a Salesforce Sr. Developer at Aethereus. My job is to look after projects and make sure they are delivered to clients in the best possible manner. I also sometimes train new and young talents to mould them into the culture of Aethereus where they can grow ten folds.
I never thought that one day I will be joining a start-up filled with technically skilled geniuses. I was onboarded virtually during lock down. It was a challenge for everyone. But the journey here so far has been nothing short of amazing.
Usually getting engaged with customer for entire project lifecycle, Starting from Requirement to Delivery. Ensuring the solution is designed, developed and delivered is of the utmost quality. A steep Learning curve makes the job more interesting.
I’m primarily responsible for the AI, Analytics & NextGen Salesforce solutions. I mentor project teams on Salesforce technical solutions and architecture. I love taking up challenges that our customers are facing and finding innovative solutions.
At Aethereus we face new challenges daily, which means more opportunity to learn and grow. We have a weekly knowledge sharing session with the entire team, which I feel is truly insightful. My role lets me interact with clients first-hand and that boosts my confidence immensely.
I implement Salesforce applications, developing customized solutions within the Salesforce platform. I also test the stability and functionality of applications, troubleshooting and fixing bugs. I also design and build high-performance and write reliable Apex code with best practices.
