Business Analysts

As a Salesforce Business Analyst, you will work alongside Solution Architects and Technical Architects to design, develop, and deploy large-scale enterprise solutions all while learning and growing your skill sets.

The right candidate would have following Skills & Experience:

• Good understanding of Salesforce platform and products
• Developing user stories and gathering business requirements
• Configuring Salesforce including workflows, validation rules, and security controls
• Ability to write functional specs and work with the technical team to create design specs
• Strong presentation, interpersonal & communication (written and verbal) skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio
• Ability to drive thought leadership and POVs
• Management degree from a good institute would be preferred
