Salesforce Business Analyst

Salesforce Business Analysts will be responsible for gathering requirements, business process analysis & accountable for on-time, high-quality software project deliveries, including Analysis, Design, Development and Quality Assurance.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Salesforce Business Analyst:

  • Communicating with clients and project managers to understand business requirements;
  • Working alongside the rest of the technical team to design and document data-driven software solutions and data flows to meet these requirements;
  • Building and maintaining Salesforce applications and customisations;
  • Developing high-quality software within a given time-frame, budget and guidelines;
  • Assisting with software testing to ensure solutions meet required standards.
  • Creation and maintenance of User Stories
  • Consulting business stakeholders on the best Salesforce solutions
  • Supporting business stakeholders for requirements validations
  • Conducting training sessions for business users and admins
  • Conducting Discovery Sessions and Requirements capturing
  • Minimum 6 + years of relevant experience is required
